Job Summary
To prepare and releases in time and with full accuracy of tasks related to Material / Vendor / Customer / Cost Center / GL Master Data. To continuously seek out better ways of performing the processes and support process improvement initiatives. To successfully perform other assigned Analytics functions under the directions. To ensure standard procedures and work instructions followed and timely reviewed for improvement ideas. To co-ordinate and establish analytics culture with cluster managers.
Also, should be ready to work in shifts (Europe/ NORAM) if required.
Essential Functions
Essential Function 1: Receivables/Payable Operation Management
Essential Function 2: End-to-End process improvements
· Implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects
· Support process improvements initiatives and related projects
Essential Function 3: Relationship Management
- Maintain positive work relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education :
Business Experience |
Essential: over 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management area and adequate process knowledge in SAP. |
