Site Mission: Preparation of masterbatch, spinning, textile processing and preparation of final samples both for developing new products and for production quality control.

• Weighing and preparation of cold or hot mixtures for extrusion.

• Extrusion of masterbatch samples.

• Preparation of the samples to be spun.

• Master spinning in PET, PA or PP.

• Subsequent processing of the thread: texturing by air, false twist and curling.

• Carry out quality control tests such as the filter test.

• Preparation of the final samples: cartons or stockings.

• Make good use and conservation of tools, machinery and facilities.

• Strictly follow all safety specifications at work, as well as use all available individual and collective protection. Alert your supervisor of possible risks or deficiencies that you detect in the workplace.
