The Sr. Business Manager is responsible for delivering the strategic plan for the Specialty Inks business in the Asia region. Expectations include the ability to effectively coach a sales team at all levels of management and build relationships. Being skilled at customer centric selling approaches and effectively selling the value of our products and services are keys to success, as well as the ability to assist customers in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines. 

·         Bachelor's degree is required

·         Must have 5-7 years prior successful, relevant Commercial P&L experience.

·         Must have 5-7 years of demonstrated track record of leading a successful sales team in growing a territory with high levels of engagement and motivation in a value-selling environment.

·         Must have a strong background with OEMs and Key Accounts with the ability to build strategies around them

·         Inks background and experience preferred
