Sr. Human Resource Manager
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
5-7 years’ experience as a human resources generalist , including interviewing, performance management, HRIS systems and leading others

Must be able to travel as required for successful execution of the essential functions of the position… for the Fiber-Line role – potential monthly travels to the site in Hickory, NC, among other potential travels.

Organizational/Cross-functional Leadership - willingness to speak openly and operate with transparency, expecting the same from management (bi-directional accountability)
Scope
This position supports mainly US associates, but will also act as the global HR liason for Fiber-Line. This position will be based in Hatfield, PA and will require travel between the two US locations in the US (Hatfield, PA and Hickory, NC), among other travels to Corporate or other sites.
