Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree Required  – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

• 5-10 years experience in manufacturing and process improvement

• Strong problem solving skills with leadership experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency (i.e. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook, SolidWorks, ERP systems)

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

• Ability to document new/revised processes or systems and utilize the documentation to train co-workers

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted
