Job Summary

The Internal Auditor Staff position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the global, risk-based audit plan and the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts. A top performer in this position will find opportunity for advancement within the Internal Audit group as well as other areas within the Finance organization.

Essential Functions
• Participates in the planning and scoping of internal audits
• Completes audit procedures for domestic and international site audits
• Assists the Senior Internal Auditor with the drafting of audit reports and the development of recommendations
• Performs follow-up on the status of outstanding management action plans noted in previously completed audits
• Completes Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing for both management and direct assistance for the external auditors
• Executes quarterly analytics and responsible for following up on any compliance issues or abnormalities noted
• Performs ad hoc audits over specific locations and/or risk areas
• Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and good organizational/analytical skills
• Familiarity with internal accounting controls and objectives and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
• Self-driven and strong team player
• Willingness to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally
• Proficient in Excel

Additional Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in public accounting or internal audit, experience in manufacturing a plus
• Usage of data analytics tools (Alteryx/Tableau)
• Prior experience with SAP is a plus
