Supervisor, Production
Under the direction of the Operation Manager the production supervisor position encompasses the staffing, supervision, direction, training and evaluation of an assigned production team/shift. Directs and controls multiple production operations within the plant.

Essential Functions基本要求
- Follows and complies with all safety, work rules and regulations. Maintains plant housekeeping standards. 遵守所有安全、工作规则和条例。维护工厂内务管理标准。
- Ensures the safety of all associates in the manufacturing area. 确保生产区域内所有员工的安全。
- Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures and assists in completing necessary paperwork. 沟通和执行公司政策和程序,并协助完成必要的文档工作。
- Discusses and issues all corrective action documentation to employees for attendance, performance and safety. 讨论并向员工发布有关出勤、绩效和安全的所有纠正措施文件。
- Ensures that all environmental issues are dealt with appropriately and in coordination with environmental resources within the company. 确保所有环境问题得到适当处理,并与公司内部的环境资源协调。
- Works closely with Human Resources on all employee relation concerns. 就所有员工关系问题与人力资源部密切合作。
- Ensures all necessary consumption, line events and production information is entered into JOMAR. 确保将所有必要的消耗、生产线事件和生产信息输入JOMAR。

- Ensures compliance with attendance management policy, issues corrective action warnings as needed. 确保遵守考勤管理政策,并根据需要发出纠正措施警告。
- Balances workforce across production lines and areas to minimize downtime and maximize output. 平衡各生产线和区域的劳动力,尽量减少停线时间,并最大限度地提高产量。
- Oversees and assists in the necessary training of all shift personnel, and ensures personnel meet requirements outlined in the appropriate SOPs of the ISO quality management system. 监督并协助所有翻班人员进行必要的培训,并确保人员满足ISO质量管理体系中的SOP所列出的要求。
- Assists to ensure personnel are trained to the latest revision of Standard Operating Procedures. 协助确保人员接受最新版标准操作程序(SOP)的培训。
- Assures that all assigned associates have the training, tools, and equipment to complete and perform their responsibilities. 确保所有的员工都有完成和履行职责所需的培训、工具和设备。
- Promotes a team environment. 促进团队协作的环境。
- Maintains open lines of communication with Plant Supply Chain, Quality/Lab, Maintenance, and Warehouse support group. 与工厂供应链、质量/实验室、维护和仓库支持小组保持开放的沟通渠道。
- Ensures requests for all maintenance needs are entered into E-maintenance. 确保所有维护需求的请求都输入到电子维护中。

- Ensures that product loss and scrap are kept to a minimum and documented accurately. 确保将产品损失和报废降至最低,并准确记录。

- Coordinates with other shifts to provide seamless shift turnover and manpower coverage. 与其他班次协调,提供无缝对接的班组交接和人力覆盖。
- Fills in for workers when needed and covers other Supervisors as needed. 在需要时填补工人的空缺,并在需要时覆盖其他主管。
- Must create and close work orders in a timely fashion for all areas of the plant during shift. 必须在轮班期间及时为工厂的所有区域创建并关闭工单。
- Will assist in yearly inventory. 将协助进行年度盘点。

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Requires a junior college or equivalent experience. 需要大专文凭、或同等学历和经验
- 2 to 4-year degree preferred 2至4年制优先
- Proven 3 years of industrial operations environment. 经过3年的工业运营环境验证。
- Experience in an extrusion, coating or textile manufacturing facility or related manufacturing environment is preferred. 有挤出、涂层或纺织制造厂或相关制造环境的经验者优先。
- 3 years of experience in managing direct reports, leadership and problem solving experience. 3年管理直接下属、领导和解决问题的经验。
