Sustainability Manager
PROFILE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Avient Protective Materials is looking for a person who has:
- Passion about Avient’s Mission and Sustainability
- Understanding of APM’s business, segments, products, value chains
- Understanding of sustainability drivers, dynamics and value
- Understanding of sustainability developments (reporting, circular economy etc.) inside and outside the Avient organization.
- Respect and understanding for cultural sensitivity and cultural differences in a business environment
- Strong execution capabilities
- The ability to drive results
- An open mindset, natural curiosity and active listening skills
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relations with a wide variety of functional groups (Marketing & Sales, Finance, RT&D, Manufacturing and Purchasing) in a global business environment
- A Master degree in a relevant technical field
- In depth knowledge of APM applications and technology
- An active membership of the internal and external sustainability community is preferred
