Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supplier diversity & sustainability, environmental policy or a related field or Business, Finance, procurement or other business-related area.
- At least 5+ years of work experience in a business setting with a focus in procurement sustainability, or related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to translate sustainability issues into goals and metrics and garner excitement and generate interest in the program amongst stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Previous work experience in developing and establishing supplier sustainability programs
- Demonstrated experience organizing and leading a diverse group of internal contributors and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
