Education & Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with emphasis on full life cycle salaried recruiting. Preferably in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change/process management.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Self-starter with high sense of urgency and drive for results in attaining staffing goals.
• Understands Recruiting KPI’s and strives for excellence to deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, and social network recruiting platforms; Taleo, Oracle Recruitment, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
