Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in recruiting/talent attraction (in a manufacturing environment preferred)
- Ability to apply complex analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Taleo or other large scale ATS
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a matrixed organization
- Languages: English fluent additional European language is ideal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
