Job Specification – Team Lead – DtI Analytics

Job location: Renaissance Industrial & Warehousing Complex, Unit no. WA-06, Village: Vashere, Amane B.O Padgha-Kalyan Toll Road, Tehsil- Bhiwandi, District- Thane, PIN 421 302.

Job Summary

To control, monitor and prepare report releases in time and with full accuracy of tasks related to Sales / Finance / Operations / Production / NWC related area. To continuously seek out better ways of performing the processes and support process improvement initiatives.  To successfully perform other assigned Analytics functions under the directions. To ensure standard procedures and work instructions followed and timely reviewed for improvement ideas. To coordinate with Global Process experts and workout new process, train and implement within team. To coordinate and establish analytics culture with team manager.

Also, candidate should be ready to work in flexible shifts such as Asia, Europe & North America

Essential Functions

 Essential Function 1: Operation Management

  • Understand and apply Enterprise Analytics processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards
  • Monitor timely and in accurate provisioning of analytics. Drive the implementation of corrective actions
  • Regular/Random review of reports to avoid potential mistakes or feedbacks
  • Handling client queries and escalations, ensuring feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time
  • Design & Develop reports in line with customer’s requirements
  • Standardization and harmonization of reports to ensure lean process
  • Perform daily activities on a professional level to improve the KPI results

Essential Function 2: People Management

  • Participate in daily team briefing/ weekly team meetings
  • Share potential bottlenecks/ backlogs. Recognize & communicate potential issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure adequate back up planning in place
  • Mentorship, Training and Coaching to team, and ensure career progression plan in place for team members
  • Mid/Year end appraisal reviews & regular feedback to team members
  • Regular updates to team manager on overall resources & process management

 

Essential Function 3: End-to-End process improvements

  • Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
  • Implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects
  • Support process improvements initiatives and related projects

Essential Function 4: Relationship Management

  • Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with other SSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

 

Education

  • BE- IT, MBA, BCA/MCA. Adequate knowledge of SAP, SQL, AFO, Tableau, Advance MS office applications is must.

Business Experience

 

Essential - 8+ years of experience in Analytics / 3+ years’ experience in similar role - Sales / Finance / Operations / Production / 3+ years’ experience in Tableau development / 3+ years’ experience in SAP / 3+ years people management

 

Desirable: Working experience within a shared services center/BPOs

Additional Qualifications

Excellent IT and business process skills, Efficient and extensive experience of development and maintenance database systems and analytical Tool (SAP, HANA, AFO, Tableau, FIORI). Play a key role in analyzing problems and come up with creative solutions, as well as producing methodologies for effective data management. Excellent communication skills Flexible work style capable to work without supervision.
