QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in composites, polymer science, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field

Has a fundamental understanding of college level science/technical field or comparable experience.

1+ year’s related experience (including internship/co-op experience) preferred;FEA and Polymer formulating and processing experience a plus

Adheres to EHS policy and rules. Interprets MSDS's and provide proper instructions.

Able to clearly communicate complex topics to a broad and diverse audience.
Work Environment

- Requires the use of safety equipment as dictated by the work area such as safety glasses and shoes, dust mask, hard hat, respirator, face shield, hearing protection, chemical suit, gloves, aprons, etc.
- Work is inside and the individual is exposed to a normal lab environment.

Occasionally work in a manufacturing environment where the noise level is loud.
- The individual will be required to work extensively at a computer screen and will, at times, sit at a desk for extended periods.
- Must be able to travel by car or airplane.
