TECHNICIAN, PROCESS

General Summary

The Technician position will work in the business unit or corporate technology group. The Technician will complete compounding and molding testing on specific assigned projects and have a high degree of proficiency with materials processing on equipment such as Master Brabenders, Single Screw, Twin Screw and Injection Molding equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Work with a professional technical staff in projects related to product development, process development or application development depending on the work area of the job.

* Laboratory work involving new experiments and sample preparation.

* Processes material using Master Brabenders, Single-Screw, Twin-Screw,Injection Molding Machines and testing equipment.

 * Accurately measures, records and reports of data.

 * Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

* Other duties as assigned.
