Job Summary
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for executing treasury activities including banking operations, systems, financing, and investing. This role will work with the Treasury Manager to develop and implement new processes and process improvements, systems and reporting functions.

Essential Functions
• Performs daily cash activity for domestic and Canadian operations.
• Monitors banking operations to ensure sufficient funds are available at all times to meet payment obligations. Assists in the preparation of short and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Maintains inventory of all bank account signatories and updates signatories when necessary.
• Administers banking websites, including user setup, assigning access and support of internal users.
• Manages bank documentation process for new bank account openings, addition of services, bank requests for KYC refresh and account closures.
• Provides administration and analysis on domestic bank accounts, collections, disbursements, and supports international business operations on cash and banking requirements.
• Manages corporate banking debt compliance.
• Maintains intercompany loan documentation and calculation of monthly interest accruals.
• Assumes primary ownership over the treasury workstation (Kyriba). Maintains and updates the system as necessary and makes recommendations to leverage the system to maximize its benefit to the Treasury department
• Assists with managing the company’s revolving credit facility including reporting, fee payments and forecasting.
• Works closely with accounting, credit, accounts payable and legal to manage treasury activities.
• Other duties as assigned *LI-CB1

Education and Experience
• Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
• SAP and Hyperion Financial Management not required but a plus
• 3+ years’ experience in the following areas:
o Accounting
o Audit
o Treasury
o Cash management
o SOX compliance
