Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

·         Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related quantitative field

·         Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience

·         Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Flexibility to handle changing requirements and multiple projects

·         Willingness to take on new challenges and achieve results with urgency

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Self-motivated and effectively prioritizes responsibilities

Physical Demands

·         Requires standing and sitting for prolonged periods of time, talking and listening.

·         Typical work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate.
