EHS Part

• Responsible the site’s EHS Management System and compliance to its requirements. 负责工厂的EHS管理体系并使其要求
• Oversee and conduct all required regulatory and Avient compliance training. 监督并执行所有需要遵守的法律法规以及公司合规性的培训
• Conduct new employee EHS training. 对新员工进行EHS培训
• Oversees EHS training. 监督EHS培训
• Oversees EHS related inspections. 监督EHS相关检查
• Responsible for record retention relating to all Environmental, Health & safety government and Avient requirements. 负责与所有环境、健康和安全政府和Avient要求相关的记录保存
• Serve as the site contact for internal and external communication, visits, audits related to EHSS matters. 担任与EHSS事项相关的内部和外部沟通、访问和审计的现场联系人
• Manage incidents including the oversight of injuries, incident investigation, root cause/correct action analysis, and action tracking. 管理事故，统筹管理伤害、事故的调查、根本原因分析/纠正预防措施和行动跟踪
• Responsible for the new chemical review process at the site. 负责现场的新化学品审查过程
• Coordinate evaluation and purchase of safety equipment and supplies. 协调安全设备和用品的评估和采购
• Responsible for developing site specific procedures that support and meet the Corporate EHSS standards. 负责制定支持并符合公司EHSS标准的现场特定程序
• Manage waste disposal at site in accordance to regulatory and Avient requirements. 根据法律法规和公司要求管理现场废物处理
• Oversee the site security plan and serve as the site contact for agency involvement. 监督现场安保计划，并作为公司的现场联系人
• Serve as the site contact for loss prevention (insurance) activities including audits, managing recommendations, new installations, and claims  担任损失预防（保险）活动的现场联系人，包括审计、管理建议、新安装和索赔
• Serve as lead for emergency response related activities including involvement in the crisis management protocol. 领导应急响应相关活动，包括参与危机管理协议
• Oversee management of change (new equipment/material/process modification) ensuring all regulatory and Avient’ s requirements are met 统筹变更管理（新设备/材料/工艺修改），确保满足所有法律法规和公司的要求
• Implement new EHS programs or initiatives. 实施新的EHS计划或举措
• Responsible for meeting all environmental reporting requirements. 负责满足所有环境报告要求
• Conduct internal audits for compliance validation. 对合规性验证进行内部审计
• Serve as a coach for other sites EHS leads for local standards. 为其他现场担任当地标准EHS领导的教练
• Oversee informal and formal auditing at own site and other sites. 监督自己现场和其他现场的非正式和正式审计
• Conduct post agency visit communication. 进行机构访问后的沟通

Quality Part

·         Ensures that process conditions are monitored and controlled for product consistency and according to the specified conditions. Collaboration with process engineer. 确保工艺条件得到监控，以确保产品的一致性，并符合产品的规格要求。与工艺工程师合作。

·         Ensures that products and process changes are made only according to the sequence of activities specified in the MSA/ CSA process. 确保产品和流程变更仅根据MSA/CSA流程中规定的次序进行。

·         Ensures that a sound quality management system is implemented and maintained. 确保实施和维护健全的质量管理体系。

·         Ensures that all testing is carried out in accordance with Avient Lab Performance Policy and that all product grading is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner. 确保所有测试都是根据Avient实验室绩效政策进行的，并且所有产品分级都是及时准确地完成的。

·         Represents the plant and Avient in all aspects of professional dealings with customers, the technology community and the commercial group. 代表工厂和Avient参加与客户、技术团体和商业团体的沟通和合作。

·          Coordinates investigation and corrective action on all plant-related customer complaints. 协调所有工厂相关客户投诉的调查和纠正措施。

·         Assesses training needs and provides training to production employees. 评估培训需求，并为生产员工提供培训。

·         Participates in the in-house quality audits. Maintains quality(ISO) documentation. 参与内部质量审核。维护质量（ISO）文件。

·         Participates in the raw material review boards with EH&S. 与EH&S一起参加原材料审查委员会。

·         Other projects/duties as assigned. 分配的其他项目/职责。

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience

• Requires a college diploma or equivalent experience 需要大专文凭或同等学历和经验
• 2-3 years’ EHS field in an industrial/manufacturing environment 在工业/制造业环境中，从事EHS领域2~3经验
• 1~2 quality experience/audit experience preferred  1-2年质量经验/审计经验优先
• 1- 2 years of experience in managing direct reports, leadership and problem solving experience preferred  1-2年管理直接下属、领导和解决问题经验优先
